Return & Refund Policy – Seller Flex

1. Returns

  • Return Window: You can return products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items such as perishable goods, personal care items, or custom-made products may not be eligible for returns.

3. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used:

    • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer or mobile wallet (EasyPaisa / JazzCash)

    • Bank Transfer / Mobile Payments: Refund to the same account used for payment


4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to defective or incorrect items.

  • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
